Italian and Mexican Foods Become Popular in India

Currently, Italian and Mexican Foods have become a popular in India for their test. Italian food and Mexican food makes every family dinner table rich in a lot of different fabulous and tasty dishes. Nowadays, Indian people become a crazy about most famous Italian food including Pastas, pizzas, meats and Italian desserts this food and Mexican food such as tortillas, tacos, nachos, etc.

Italian Food:

Italian food was that which has its roots in Italy. Rich in tomatoes and olives, a wide variety of hearty dishes claimed this title. Italian food is very popular in all over India. Most of the restaurants and Hotels in India serve Italian food with some specific Italian restaurant serving quality food. Italian food is famous for its local variety, plenty of difference in taste, and is known to be one of the most popular in the world, with influences abroad. Mostly it is served with red wine and the risotto was served with lots of cheese.

Pasta: Pasta is a generic term foods which is cooked by unleavened dough of wheat or buckwheat flour and water, sometimes it also includes other ingredients such as eggs and vegetable extracts. Pasta is classified in two basic styles dried and fresh.

Pizza: Pizza is probably the most well-known Italian food worldwide, but would not feature in a formal meal. Pizza is an emerging fast food in Indian urban areas. With the arrival of branded pizza such as Domino’s and Pizza Hut in early to mid 1990s, it has reached almost all major cities in India by 2010. Pizza is garnished by widevariety of toppings, including ham, mozzarella cheese, eggs, salami and vegetables such as sweet corn, sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms cover thin, circular dough

Mexican Foods:

Mexican foods are especially popular for diverse flavors, colorful decoration, and variety of spices and ingredients. Mexican food is filling and packed with calories.It is difficult to find authentic Mexican food in India because of some ingredients like tomatoes, beans like rajma, onions, etc, used in Indian cooking are common to Mexican food too.

Nachos: Nachos are made from corn meal tortillas, which are fried or baked crisp. Usually, they are served with tomato salsa (a dip) and also come in a lot of different shapes and can be flavored with different ingredients.

Tacos: Tacos come in either crisp corn tortillas or soft flour tortillas, which are made in different shapes. The filling is either stuffed into the crisp corn tortilla shell or wrapped inside the soft tortilla and grilled. Taco varieties include marinated beef, fajita chicken, beer battered fish or grilled salmon, and each comes with rice and either refried beans or black beans. Generally there are served topped with refried beans, fresh tomatoes, onions, lettuce greens, guacamole and soured cream or feta cheese.
